Anti-inflammatory turmeric cocktail – recipe

  • 0.5-1 glass of fruit juice – e.g. pineapple, apple, or similar
  • 1 level tbsp turmeric
  • Up to ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch powdered cloves
  • ½ – 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Blend and drink 1-2 times a day. An alternative is to buy fresh turmeric, cut it into small cubes and mix them into your salad every day!
