Anti-inflammatory turmeric cocktail – recipe
- 0.5-1 glass of fruit juice – e.g. pineapple, apple, or similar
- 1 level tbsp turmeric
- Up to ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
- 1 pinch powdered cloves
- ½ – 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Blend and drink 1-2 times a day. An alternative is to buy fresh turmeric, cut it into small cubes and mix them into your salad every day!
